hey, Cisco routers now come with SDM (Security Device Manager), using which you can configure the routers.You can configure GRE over IPSec using this tool.Please go through www.cisco.com/go/sdm-Deepu

For a single ip address you are using a pool. I think this is not needed. You could giveip nat inside source list 1 interface serial 1 overload. This should do the natting to all the private ip addresses with different port numbers.-Deepu
