My current setup is as followsPBX to VOIP routers - WAN - VOIP router to PBXCalls are getting connected and the phone rings at either site, when someone picks the phone up there is just silence.any suggestions?Thanks in advance for any help
I have set up VOIP between to sites.Each site connects from a PBX to router then accross the WAN.Site A calls site B, phone rings, user answers but there is no sound at either end!!! complete silence.Can anyone helpThanks in advance

There is full routing between the 2 routers accross the WAN, there are also no firewalls in place or ACL's on any router interfaces.is there anything else i should be looking at, or any other possible causes to this problem?
framing has been checked and all is well.the connection between the pbx and the routers looks ok.user picks up phone and gets dial tone from router but when they dial second site they get engaded tone.please see attachment from my "gw-accounting"
