Thanks a lot. It make sense I saw lots of communication from agents finesse desktop to supervisors ID but wasn't able to find out if it was only sending to logged in supervisor or other not logged in supervisors too.

I got it working with the help of Marco. i was missing few commands in MGCP Gateway mgcp package-capability fxr-packageno mgcp fax t38 inhibitmgcp fax t38 ls_redundancy 2mgcp fax t38 hs_redundancy 2Now I am able to send faxes to Right fax.

hi nick we have tried the same settings here. but I cant send or receive fax even internaly in the company. But i can here fax tone when calling the number.How can i enable t38 on the call manager h323 gw side? As per the logs T38 request was blocked...

check ur Router if it has following commandsccm-manager mgcpccm-manager config server ccm-manager config!mgcpmgcp call-agent 2427 service-type mgcp version 0.1mgcp dtmf-relay voip codec all mode out-of-band!Verify u have "ccm-manager config"
