Did you see the 2010 Mailstores in Permissions Wizard? Did you run the latest version of PW?Also, do not use the version of ExchangeMapiCdo.exe that came on the Unity DVD.

Check out the SRND for your version of UCCX. For example, in the 8.5(1) SRND they go over some of this on 7-13.

Have you ran a Route Plan Report or used the Dialed Number Analyzer? There isn't a voicemail number or something else hiding somewhere in the system is there?

These may (i.e. UCCX) or may not (i.e. dummy phone/DN) actually "register" depending on how they are used and how they are configured. It is normal in some situations.
