What is the equivalent native command(s) for the following CatOS command?"show qos statistics l3stats"

Experiencing bug CSCdy16682 in 3.0 CRS.Does anyone know if this has been fixed in 3.1 or 3.5? Doesn't show up as open or resolved in release notes.
