We are looking to replace a legacy IVR system that is attached to an IBM DB2 v7.2 database with an IPCCX v4.0 Premium.Any issues or advice on IPCCX integration with IBM DB2 will be greatly appreciated.Thanks,FMC
I have seen the error on Subscriber. Works fine when you run the,exe again. I have not seen any problems with the telephony services. I have not seen the first error.
You might have received the IBM server detection CDs instead of HP. We experienced this last month - got HP hardware detection CD FOR os 2000.4.1 instead of IBM. If that's the case, call customer support. Not TAC.
