I have seen the error on Subscriber. Works fine when you run the,exe again. I have not seen any problems with the telephony services. I have not seen the first error.

You might have received the IBM server detection CDs instead of HP. We experienced this last month - got HP hardware detection CD FOR os 2000.4.1 instead of IBM. If that's the case, call customer support. Not TAC.

Not sure if you have fixed the problem already. If not, check that the CCM SNMP services security option is set to read.
