IPCCX and IBM DB2 Integration

We are looking to replace a legacy IVR system that is attached to an IBM DB2 v7.2 database with an IPCCX v4.0 Premium.

Any issues or advice on IPCCX integration with IBM DB2 will be greatly appreciated.

You will have to install a DB2 client on the IPCX server to get the connectivity.

After that you can just use the database steps in your scripts. Just follow the documentation.

It is really quite straigtforward.
