Have you even had this not work? I have to queues and one works and the other does not hear the ringback. I have changed all of the CTI ports but the caller still just hears silence.Thanks,Dennis
The call manager is in the MRG and the MRG is in the MRGL. I have no transcoders configured on the system. I have only one MRG and a MRGL for each site and each of those have the MRG selected.
