I had the issue too.I resolved it by deleting files that were no longer needed and rebooted it.Useful commands before and after the reboot are: show memory.You will delete files, but the used and free memory values remain the same.

When you upgraded to 8.3.143.0, did you upgrade and reboot both the primary and standby? Also, did you make sure all of the AP's upgraded to software version 8.3.143.0?
