HiI have installed CUEAC 8.0.3.9 with CUCM 7.1.5.Everything works fine but the console PC (Win XP) does not ring when a call arrives in a queue.The PCs sound card works fine for any other application.Any ideas ?best regardsRainer

There are no crash files.The problem is solved by disabling NBAR, doing an upgrade (as there is space in flash again) and re-enabling NBAR. Because many of our switches were affected, I assume that others have the same problem.I posted this to inform...

HiNo, the "forced delivery" was not set.But i actually used this option to circumvent the issue.So, from a technical point of view the problem still exits, but the customer is happy with the "forced delivery". ==> no problem.Thanks
