Hi
I have installed CUEAC 8.0.3.9 with CUCM 7.1.5.
Everything works fine but the console PC (Win XP) does not ring when a call arrives in a queue.
The PCs sound card works fine for any other application.
Any ideas ?

Hi,
Please check if "Forced Delivery" option is set. This is a new feature on 8.0.3 where operator's handset rings instead of at the PC.
Also try from another client machine to check if it is a local computer issue.

Hi
No, the "forced delivery" was not set.
But i actually used this option to circumvent the issue.
So, from a technical point of view the problem still exits, but the customer is happy with the "forced delivery". ==> no problem.
