When opening a Forensic Search of an archive, some of the clips are marked with No Preview Available. We are actually trying to view an incident during one of those time frames. Is there anything else I can do to view this video clip?

Thanks Nicholas - I did mess around with threshholds a little bit. It ended up that the customer had me force the camera to daylight and then they are making sure lights stay on 24/7 in those lobby areas.Melissa
It worked to use Selected and then select just their folder. Is this something new? We want all of our DS users to be able to access each other's content, so we always just left it at read All.Melissa
