Is there any way to weight agents within a skill group in IPCC Enterprise?

Is there a problem connecting modems to a VG248 and going out a 4000 AGM gateway? I was able to fix the fax problems by disabling all fax-relay but modems still disconnect and get horrible transfer speeds. Any suggestions?

Has anyone had problems with the new version of Unity shutting down the web service periodically? There are no event messages, the service just stops. Restarting the service keeps it up for awhile but eventually it will stop again.
