Has any other workaround been identified to kill the hung process? I am facing the same issue, but I fear mystartup-config may be corrupt and when I power cycle the chassis, it will boot into an unconfigured state.
Has this issue ever been resolved? I have the same issue with a 9060. LEAP authentication is good, but DHCP fails to work. A laptop on the same SSID works fine.
