Running CUCM 8.5.1.  I go into Call Routing -> Route Plan Report.I set up a query where I find "All Patterns" where "Pattern/Directory Number" "begins with" "7777".  Nothing there.What's curious to me is if I then query "Unassigned DN" where "Pattern...
Running CUCM 8.5.1.  How would one track a call as it's being transferred internally (from say, a switchboard)?  Is there a field that would help me track it?
How do I tell how many licenses I'm actually using in CCX 8.0.2?Under System -> License Information -> Display License(s)I only get how many licenses I have.
