I was able to resolve it myself. initially i downloaded zip files from cisco site and converted it to the .tar using an online tool. but then realised that it has a directory inside. So I unzip the orignal file and created .tar using 7zip by selectin...
Just for the info, there is no directory exist. but when i try to transfer it creates the directory and then cancel the transfer and shows the error. I created a new directory and then tried to transfer in the new director, and it is still the same. ...
