Does it pose any risk if our Personal(Identity) certificate was read by an attacker when  it's on the way from CA to our system? Can he read ourcert and  impersonate us in any of his connections by using it? Sorry for poor choice of words.

If using private addresses in my LAN network and a NAT on the router,How can outside hosts(on Internet) can ping my inside local(private address) hosts? thank you.
