you must have T4 image now, and you did downgrad from latest M4 or M5 image. the issue is becuase T image and M image use different password enciption method.you have to do 'password recovery' as the link describe.http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/...

have you upgraded UC500 lately? if so what version from and toyou need to get rid of ip address conflict first. and see if the issue is still there.

i am not clear of what kind of issue you facing but..you have to allow 3 mac for ipphone + desktop port : 1.ip phone2. desktop3. internal switch in the ip phone.
