hi,since ucce 10.5 Cisco recommend CCEAdmin for reskilling instead of ISE.I look for a gadget to add this access directly from Finesse Supervisor including SSO as the login is the same.Is a gadget currently available to do this ?regards
Hi, Finesse 10.5 is now supported as published apps with Citrix Xenapp.Is a deployment guide available or a document that lists all the requirements needs so that it works ?Joel
I have the same problem with the error message Internal server Error.Atrributes and PQ configured but assignement to agents doesn't work with ICM9.0.2Have you solved your problem ?
