I have a Cisco 5520 WLC (C220 M4) that has been in production for nearly 2000 days without an update, currently running WLC firmware 8.10.130 and CIMC 2.0(10e). I'm looking to upgrade the WLC to 8.10.196 but understand I need to upgrade CIMC first to...
I have a Hunt Pilot set up where it will right 10001 for so many seconds and then try 10002. This is working great. Now if the user doesn't answer 10002 they receive a message saying... "If you know the extension you are trying to reach please dial it...
Our CCM is using v9.1 and all of our phones are SCCP. We are looking at a conference room phone that runs SIP. Would it be possible to use this in our current setup?
We have around 20-25 3560G's (WS-C3560G-24TS-S V03) that currently do not support crypto. I'm looking for a way to get a more current image that does. Do I need to purchase one or does cisco offer older images that have this feature for free?
@Mark Elsen @aleabrahao I agree that it isn't the best option to continue to use a EOL system.I'll work on setting up and testing the 9800 from the AWS marketplace. I know you said it's official but is there any documentation saying that it will work...
@Mark Elsen The 9800 doesn't require a license but according to sales I'll have to purchase 45 license for the APs. Right now this doesn't fit in our budget. I'll have to see if I can update the WLC.
@aleabrahao Cry? I have 2 WLCs. One is working. I was hoping to get one updated and then migrate the APs over and then do the secondary. But if the 9800 is an option, a FREE option then I will definitely go in that direction.
@aleabrahao I have not. I was not aware of it till you two mentioned it.I'll reach out to smartnet and see what I can do to get this setup in AWS as quickly as possible. Thank you.
@Mark Elsen I had absolutely no idea. Is this something that can be deployed in AWS?Is this as full featured as the 5520s? Flexconnect, etc? I will 100% look into this. Thank you.
