I'm using a combination of Cisco IP phones (7900 and 9900 series) on my LAN and using Cisco 6500s  with POE blades. The problem I'm having is when plugging the phones in some will come up as they should but others have to be swapped to diff...

I am trying break into a Cisco GSS 4490 because the previous administrator didn't leave the password how can I accomplish this?                  

        Is there a  command to globally invoke rw or  ro feature of SNMP on a 356024P switch?
