When running reports for the login times for the agents, the hours are off. It seems that it has reverted back to before Daylight Savings Time. It is one hour behind. When I go into the Agent Reports the time is off by an hour. Thanks.
Hello Jon,The version is:IPCC 4.0(4) 2000.4.5bSR8OSOS Image 2000.4.3aThe time on the server is correct and the daylight saving time is unchecked, so I have no clue why when running reports it's an hour behind.Thanks Henry
