Historical Reports-Login Time is behind an hour

When running reports for the login times for the agents, the hours are off. It seems that it has reverted back to before Daylight Savings Time. It is one hour behind. When I go into the Agent Reports the time is off by an hour. Thanks.

The version is:

IPCC 4.0(4)

2000.4.5bSR8OS

OS Image 2000.4.3a

The time on the server is correct and the daylight saving time is unchecked, so I have no clue why when running reports it's an hour behind.

For IPCCX, you also need to apply DST patch for Java.
