Thanks due to the need of testing while pressing the whole URI as was requested by our boss, we bought a touch 12 B, which is compatible with the CTS 1000, and we update the CTS to version 1.10.16

I tried to call loopback@cisco.com using the method you mentioned but there was no video, neither when I called an internal URI from the 7975 used for the cts.

But then it will not serve in case of having to connect to a cisco webex or uri given by cisco, because the speed dial number will have to be changed all the time. By the way does cisco provide a URI to test phone calls directly? or only the loopback...
