We have discovered our devices in the CSPC and have uploaded them to the Smart Net Total Care portal, however, when I click on "My Reports" it's blank.
How do I get the portal to populate a report?

I can already access the portal. We reinstalled the collector. Now I just need a Service Certificate File to register the collector with the portal?
No, I started two last week, and the portal says "processing" I only see one device in the portal that I uploaded as a test when I was setting up SNTC. In the collector I can see the devices routers and switches (80+)
