I have installed Provisioning 12.1 but can only user GUI and have issue accessing the CLI.
Auto created user id - globaladmin works for GUI but I am not getting any clue as how to access CLI.

Do you have PVDM on your gateway, if yes then this mean the capacity is low and shall be increased to accommodate the PRI you are trying to configure.
check sh inventory and check for the PVDM you have and accordingly you can get the new one...
