we are experiencing similar issue on specif HW configuration of UCSC-C245-M8SX We have other UCSC-C245-M8SX with Different CPU and RAM without issue. Policies and templates are identical to all.

still not working with the new version ....appliance network cards still get messed up during upgrade process .
