We have two 5508's in HA SSO mode connected via RP port. When on the secondary unit, all AP's are connected without any problems. When we force failover back to the primary, 30+ ap's randomly fail to connect. The AP's are pingable, and on the netw...
Does the IE3000 support full eigrp routing? I have an IE3000 connected to our network configured for EIGRP and one more layer 3 switch downstream hanging off of it. I see the routes from the upstream router on the 3000, but I do not see any routes ...
Hi all, I have been trying to run updates on our 6506 VSS using the ISSU method. Everything went smoothly until running the issu loadversion command to boot the standby chassis to the new version. Now the standby is stuck in a bootloop, each time w...
We've been mocking up a test lab to test VSS on two 6500's. Each 6500 has one sup720 and a 6708-10ge blade and we've established the two 10ge links between the two chassis; the first from the each chassis' sup and the second from each 6708.My questi...
A few of my devices are not showing their neighbors in the device center. On the switch, CDP is working correctly on both ends, but in device center, the neighbors don't show up. Device types are wide range, 3550's, 3560's and 12G's.
ports are configured as lag for both units with all vlans passing across the trunk. currently running 8.0.120.0 but also had this problem running 8.0.100.0
That's odd. I thought the whole point of VSS was to be able to manage two chassis via a single sup if necessary. Otherwise, what's the real benefit?quoting from the doc found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps9336/...
