Hi.I can see from the datasheets that Unity 4.2/5.0 is supported in CUPC/CUPS.I there anything specielt there should be configured on the Unity server? (CUPS is using port 143 as default port number).Best regardsKasper

HI Ian.I had the same problem.Start regedit and look here:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\ProductsYou should be able to find an entry for DMA, delete this key and try to start the installer again.Regards Kasper
