I'm trying to code IVR questionnaire script.
The agent get a inbound call and forward it to the questionnaire application.
I expect that GetCallContactInfo step take call info such as "Calling Number", "Last Redirected Number".

I am troubled with CCX10.6 scripting issue that it is unable to upload document.
I'm not sure how I failed to upload documents.

I configured the timezone settings for CME v11.6 and CP-8831 with below configuration, but CP-8831 display wrong timezone.

I've configured the CfwdAll softkey for seized state in voice register template 1.
But I can't find that softkey on the secondary line.
What could be the cause?

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion, but it is not displayed.
It is displayed "Pickup", "Newcall" at the 1st page, "Redial", "Gpickup" at the more 2nd page.
The "CfwdAll" softkey should be displayed at the 3rd softkey button at the 1st page, but it is not...
