For Room Kit, it will be based on the Part Number:
CS-KIT-MSRP-K9 ==> Cisco Spark registration
CS-KIT-K9 ===> for registration to VCS, UCM and 3rd party call control
You have to check the matrix first. You did not give us the version of your IOS or CME. maybe you need to upgrade first.
