i managed to found out the cause, it was caused by a callrouting rule. after removing the particular rule, it was working fine now. thanks for your reply.
thanks. you are right.i noticed that the goodbye call handler's after greeting action is to take message, this caused the problem. right now i changed it to hangup, it is working fine now. thanks again.Sara
