We have the same problem on two different 8845 phones, there is a steeady constant ticking or clicking noise coming through the handset. rerplacing the handset does not resolve the problem. Both phones were purchased at the same time back in 2016.

We were eventually able to get the Jabra 925PRO working as well with SR2-2 after factory reset of Jabra settings, downgrading back to SR1-4 then back to SR2-2.
