Hi Jens,I also know that VCS-E starter pack is the best choice in my case but the problem is my company has bought VCS-C and VCS-E before so I have to use these devices.

Hi Dharmesh,I put the private IP address to DMZ already, also open ports as the list above. But sometimes I can place call between two SX20, after few minutes I can't. I don't know why's that?
