Is there any way to track recent calls.  What time they came in, who took the call, and how the call was handled (transfered, disconnected, etc)?
Is there a way to see in real time who is one the phone?  I have tried using the Real Time Monitoring Tool and it shows the number of calls but that is it.  Also, the lag time is about 20 seconds from when a call is placed until it shows up in the RT...
We have a few 9971 phones and right now when you call another 9971 the video call starts automatically.  I was wondering if there was a way to set it so that it is just an audio call at first but have the option for a video call.
