Who is on the phone

Is there a way to see in real time who is one the phone?  I have tried using the Real Time Monitoring Tool and it shows the number of calls but that is it.  Also, the lag time is about 20 seconds from when a call is placed until it shows up in the RTMT.

    You can use third-party applications such as call reporting software to achieve this.  For example you can use a feature called "live call view" in the following link below,

nothing is available to that extend that comes out of the box
