I have many switches and lots of ports with video surveillance cameras connected across my organization. Cameras with PoE need rebooting from time to time. Is there a relatively easy way to shut/no shut those ports using automation?

I had the same problem on a c9200L-48 running 16.12.4. I could not ssh into the device even after clearing and re-adding the proper aaa and crypto parameters. Applying 17.08.01 fixed the problem.
