Quick question.  Am I right to assume that this occurs when a server reboots and the OS is not running yet?

We are doing a datacenter shutdown test in a couple of weeks.  Before we do this we need to change the desired power state to off on all service profiles within a sub-org in UCS Central.   Anybody have a script that can do this?   Thank you
