for any one with a similar situation i have managed to complete the upgrade .i did a couple of things: Disabled Extension Mobility service.Removed backup device if any. then i checked the error message and it seemed related to a phone button template...

i guess the used phones are consuming 4 DlUs not 6
6 DLUs = 1 Enhance only in the case that those DLUs are not attached with any phones

I just Prepare the BOQ in Cisco QPT (Quick Pricing Tool), it only asks for the current profiles (phones) not the DLUs and it convert each profile to an enhance license ?
