Is there a field or variable in Call Manager showing the status of an IP phone it is talking or not?Andy

In Finesse, I insert a web page pop up gadget in desktop, when a call arrives, a web page (saying www.google.com) will appear in the gadget, it works ok in IE but not firefox. What should I check to make it enable in firefox. ThanksAndy
