Pop up Gadget by Firefox problem

In Finesse, I insert a web page pop up gadget in desktop, when a call arrives, a web page (saying www.google.com) will appear in the gadget, it works ok in IE but not firefox. What should I check to make it enable in firefox. Thanks

Hi Andy,

I'm experiencing the same issue with Crome.   Which gadget are you using?  Workflow screen pop gadget or Screen pop gadget?
