Hello Community,   I have some PoE issue with phones that are rebooting occasionally. I say on the switch that the Status of the power inline is: Fault on one interface and on searching on another one.   I did some research and for the Fault Status it seems to be a hardware issue if i'm right? Hello Team,   We are unable to manually change the power level of an AP on Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.1. We see on the prime that the power level is 0 (on the Cisco WLC, the power level is correct). See screenshot attached.   Whenever we try to change the power level of the AP in Prime, we receive the following error : Error:Value for ''Previous Power Level'' is less than minimum allowed value ''1'' Error(s): You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:   Does anyone has an idea? Is this related to a bug in Prime Infrastructure? We know we can change the power level in the WLC also but our customer wants to do this via Prime.   The WLC is an AIR-CT5508-K9 with version 8.2.164.0 and the AP model is AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9.   Thanks in advance.   Regards, Yasim ... Hello all!   I got requested to upgrade 2 ASA’s from 9.1.x to 9.8.2.20. Ever since then the Cisco Legacy VPN Client isn’t working anymore., however Anyconnect still does work. I was wondering that if it could be possible that the old Cisco VPN client isn’t supported anymore on 9.8.2.20. Hello All,   I got a request to make a hunt pilot and add external phone numbers (Mobile phones) to the line group which is part of that hunt pilot. From what I know this is not possible because the line group members need to be part of the Callmanager and the phone numbers aren't in this case.. Is there some workaround or way to make this work ?
