Unfortunately CSCvb44979 is still present in 8.2.160.0 even that it is stated that it is fixed. The command “config local-auth cipher-option 3des-rc4 enable” still has to be used to work around it.

Can you show logs from the AP's CLI ? However, I am pretty sure you are hitting this bug - https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvc40470 We are waiting for the next release. :(
