Hi Anas,We are still using UCCX 7.0(2). I think on Agent Summary Report you can see the Average and Maximum if I am not mistaken. So If we used the Total Talktime on the Agent State Summary to get the Average different value will come up.Thanks,Bryan

Hi,It seems that our client has upgraded the exchange to 2010 while the UCCX server is still in 7.0(2). I think this is why the users cannot connect to the IMAP server. So this was a compatibility issue.Thanks,Bryan
