I have a CSPC upload still in the 'In Progress' status that was started on Aug 4th and I now have 3 more jobs backed up behind it. Please let me know what I need to do. Attached is a screenshot of the SNTC Upload Processing screen.

I just checked and I had both set up. I've disabled the Upload Profile for the time being and left the Data Collection Profile. Hopefully the next time we add a device to the collector it will automatically upload to Total Care without failing.

Thank you. Curious that the CSV uploads went through and the CSPC ones have gotten stuck lately. Could there possibly be a change on our upload profile that would need to be modified?

Followup - I'm currently running Jabber 9.7.0.18197 (It's a beta version) and can confirm this issue has been resolved as of that build.I have no idea when 9.7.0 will be officially released, but Cisco knows it's a problem and fixed it. Hope that help...
