Hi user,
It is good practice to schedule upload to have once in a two weeks. Having multiple uploads back to back create delay/lock in processing. If you are manually uploading, please make sure to have next upload only previous one is successfully to avoid such situation. It is recommended to wait about 48 hr for upload to appear on portal. I am working with related team on this and request to clear out all queued stuck one and get back to you till then please do not perform any further uploads.
Thanks,
Supriya

Hi User,
Backend work is done. Please have only one new upload at a time for given inventory.
Thanks,

I too am experiencing the same issue. I have a CSPC upload still in the 'In Progress' status that was started on Aug 4th and I now have 3 more jobs backed up behind it.
Please let me know what I need to do. Attached is a screenshot of the SNTC Upload Processing screen.
Thanks,
Andy
