I found the following statement in ISE Posture, but likely related to my issue :Because of architectural changes in Symantec products, ISE posture cannot support remediation from Symantec AV 12.1.x and onwards.Can someone confirm this ?

Hi Krishan,Thanks.The problem is that although Cisco Network Assistant show as completed, but authentication using EAP-TLS fails. I don't even see there is a RADIUS authentication attempt using certificate.

Hi all,I have tested in my lab, it seems that the issue only happen on Ruckus ZD1200 version 9 software. I have tested using software version 10, and everything works perfectly fine.
