Hi all, Is it possible to stop a 8945 asking to update the CTL file? The CUCM parameter is set to 0. Costumer doesn't use CTL! Also stuff like VPN ..... when you don't use that ? Regards, Ronaldo

oke so it is a signal that the phone is trying to update this file after a restart or logging inout EM of the phone? I have a problem with uccx agents coming spontaneous on not ready. I think this is a network problem.
