Hi,Try setting the peripheral variable using formula : Set VaribaleCall.PeripheralVariable1=substr(Call.DialedNumberString,5,3)and then use the IF node to match a particular set to route to a skillgroup.Hope this will help you.Regards,Arpit

We are also facing the same problem with CUIC 8.5(2). We are able to use the 'Run As' option available in CUIC but when tried to login ,getting the error "Invalid username or password. Please try again".Regards,Arpit Arora
