31.1.5. TAC confirmed that there was a bug related to available channels in South Africa and will be addressing this. They mentioned that this bug is not an issue should we wish to upgrade to MR32.
We have a network that upgraded yesterday. our 9162 went fine, but the bulk of the network is 9163E and they all kept on flapping for the day causing very intermittent connectivity like explained here.. Trying a rollback now.

I believe for a network this should be a continuous thing to check. I guess the tricky bit is to filter out APs and possibly routers that would also count as CDP neighbours. You mentioned marking switches in red which made me think ...
You've probably solved this by now, but for anyone else that also didn't read the fine print like me and wasted some time.Radius authentication from a switch is not a currently supported feature.
I've also been getting this for the last few days on n449.meraki.com.Different PCs connecting from different networks seem to have the same. Meraki status indicates that there's been no issue for the last few days which doesn't match our experience.
