This saved me some troubleshooting as well. If someone from Cisco reads this, it's perhaps time to update your driver or remove the unsupported one.

Hi, I had the same problem with a 5548 and a 2248 FEX running NX-OS 7.0.2 I ended up just forcing the port-channel. int eth 101/1/1 channel-group X force mode active. That did the trick for me. Cheers
